Each year, a select group of approximately 50 individuals are accepted into this prestigious nine-month program.  Participants are emerged into the systems that comprise the local community, such as government, education, health and human services, the arts, defense, business, justice, and the environment.  Leadership Macomb graduates are recognized as critical resources to Macomb County and contribute to the strength and growth of Macomb County and Southeastern Michigan.
